      <image:caption>The brief was to deliver a four-day Global Sales Meeting for a global audience of 100. The remit was extensive in that we needed to find the location, develop the theming, manage the delegate invite and registration process, develop and deliver the ground programme, and manage all elements of the production on-site. After extensive research, Istanbul was selected as the location and developed developed a thrme of East meets West based around a spectacular location close to the Bosphorus. This was our brief. We arranged for an evening tour of a local internationally renowned distillery and a master class in cocktail making followed by a catered dinner and cocktail tasting.       <image:caption>At the end of a three-day international conference the client wanted a memorable awards dinner where the top performing people of the year could be recognised and honoured. We selected an off site location, a palazzo, that we could take exclusively. Our team worked on transforming a standard square dining room into a glamorous and glittering gala dinner venue including a spectacular stage. We worked with the client to source and tailor an array of award awards and rewards and our on-site team managed the and delivered super slick event.       <image:caption>No self-respecting Awards Dinner can take place without an equally spectacular After Party. To add an element of surprise to the evening we built the party venue behind the stage in glass walled semi-permanent marquee. At the end of the awards the main presenter revealer tow ‘secret doors’ in the walls of the stage that gave access to the party area. Once in the party area our guests were entertained by a headline DJ flown in from the UK, professional dancers, free flowing cocktails, chill out areas and party mirrors. The sign of a good night being had by all was that the curfew had to be extended by 45 minutes at the clients request.       <image:caption>The brief was to deliver a fun and interactive team building event for an international audience of 200 focussed around the theme of ‘Driven to Win’. When selecting the venue for the event we were mindful to include a large outdoor space to accommodate a large team building activity. Our chosen execution was cardboard go-kart building and racing. The event was amazingly successful with many comments about it being the most entertaining team building activity that people had done.       <image:title>Case Studies Incentives - Short, Sharp, Successful Incentives</image:title>
      <image:caption>The client brief asked for a solution that delivered sales training on a new product, remotely to an audience of approximately 10,000 retail staff. Our approach was to engage the audience with a series of short, sharp, entertaining videos that they could view on their smartphones. We scripted and filmed ten videos and released them over a ten-day period. Each video was only 90 seconds long and after viewing it they would qualify their understanding by answer a number of quiz questions. Each quiz would only be active for a 24-hour period and a prize drawer created excitement each day. A large prize was available for participation every day. The first programme was so successful for the client and so popular with the audience that it has become a staple in the industry and has been recognized with an industry award.       <image:caption>The challenge here was to ensure that the clients' products were always being presented for consideration in the retail environment when faced with high spend on marketing and incentives by competing brands. Our approach was to target the hearts and minds of retail staff. We engaged them in a manner that the other brands were not; we made them feel valued and part of the brand, and as a consequence, they worked harder and thus developed a community which drove customer service and experience and ultimately sales.  As the programme developed the Ambassador provided a vital channel of intelligence to brand regarding competitor activity, pricing and sales volumes. Ambassadors were incentivised throughout the year with a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas. This trip quickly became legendary within the sector and the programme became an industry leader. In a single year, the programme was recognized as delivering a 50% uplift in sales, a £2.5m net profit and was shared as Best Practice across the larger global organisation.       <image:caption>Our client wanted some way of sharing a product training session conducted in their training room with staff around the world and include a way of qualifying their understanding Our team worked with the client to develop and capture each training session and then developed a secure website, open only to the client staff, to host each of the training sessions. In addition, we developed a quiz module that allowed a variety or question formats. The programme has been extremely successful and is being expanded to incorporate moor product categories.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The client was due to present at an important meeting to an international audience. The presentation was to be in English, but this was not the first language for the client nor approximately 80% of the audience. The client was concerned that the message would be ‘lost in translation’ and asked our team team for help. Our solution was to produce an impactful and engaging video that visually communicated the message. We then worked with the client to construct an interactive presentation that would allow him to develop the message with the audience without the need for translation. The clients' delight at the solution that we provided was encapsulated when she said: ‘Why didn’t I know about you guys earlier, you have made my life so much easier.’</image:caption>
